i appreciated the hotel's beautiful grounds and the availability of several pools. the staff were consistently kind, providing really good service throughout my stay. the extensive breakfast buffet offered many choices. the hotel's convenient location made exploring local dining options easy!

the air conditioning in the lobby wasn't working very well, making it a bit uncomfortable during check-in.

the hotel features magnificent gardens, pools, and facilities. there were many dining options at the hotel. its location is ideal, situated right on the beach and close to good shopping. the staff were always greeting with a smile and offered discreet but excellent service.

the shower in my room was broken. the hotel grounds are huge and sprawling. the layout feels like a nursing home.

I liked the beachfront location. It made getting around very convenient. the beach walk provided easy access to the surrounding area. the well kept walking path led all the way to icon shopping center. it created a very calm and peaceful atmosphere.

the shower in my room was broken though i reported it, it was not fixed.

the room provided was very comfy and tidy. the room included two separate sinks in the bathroom and a rainfall shower. the beds were very large and offered great rest.

the staff was very friendly and helpful. they were very attentive, but not intrusive. the communication was excellent and they helped with any request. the staff also arranged for the return of a forgotten item.

the breakfast had great choices for all nationalities it was super efficient

the room was dark and i disliked it the bathroom had an unpleasant odor i also noticed swimwear changed color in the pool i think they need to address this issue soon.
